Cook and Carve options
Prices start at $500 (includes a 40lb pig cooked in our roasting box
offsite and picked up at the farm)
All pigs are roasted with our secret dry rub for unforgettable
deliciousness!
We will roast it for you!!
On site or off site.
Keep it simple-we cook and carve, then clean up and leave after
carving.
We will place the beautifully roasting pork into disposable chafing
trays for your
guest to help themselves.

Everything was perfect. We had a 64 lbs pig for 70 guests and there
was nothing left. The meat was tender and juicy and Jonathan's
"secret" seasoning mix added flavor and a spicy note. I wish I could

First time I smoked a whole hog and it was excellent. Dry rub
marinated for 2 days, injected the hams with apple juice and rub,
smoked for 15hrs with maple, hickory and oak, and mopped with
an apple cider vinegar sauce. Going to do this again soon... and

you do what you do best so that we can concentrate on providing
superior quality roasted pork.

our pigs at some incredible places and would happily give you a list
to consider.
